Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Viticcio’s extra virgin olive oil is obtained from Frantoio, Maraiolo, and Leccino cultivars. The olives are pressed on the same day as they are harvested, and the centrifugal extraction is carried out at a cold temperature (the classic Chianti "a freddo" method), resulting in a fine, pleasantly bitter oil, golden in color with an intense green hue. Its fragrance is incredibly fruity.
