In particular, tastings aimed at raising awareness and appreciating wines made using native grape varieties such as Sangiovese and Foglia Tonda, in order to preserve and celebrate the diversity found in our lands. The native vines represent the identity of a region that makes Sangiovese and Tuscany, from which it originates, one of the most loved and renowned vines in Italy and an emblem of Italian wine in the world. Foglia Tonda is a lesser-known but equally fascinating native vine. Originally from Tuscany, this grape variety was long overlooked, but in recent years it has regained the attention of winemakers and wine connoisseurs.
