The grape harvest has concluded here at Fattoria Viticcio. Despite the challenges encountered during the season, there is optimism regarding the quality of the wines that will be produced.
The 2023 harvest proved to be particularly complex, adverse weather conditions, including a very dry and hot summer, put the vineyards to the test, compromising the health of the vines and lowering the yield of the grapes. However, thanks to experience and determination, the harvest was successful despite the difficulties.
The exclusively hand-harvested grapes were carefully selected, ensuring that only those of superior quality were used for the production of the wines. This rigorous process has allowed us to obtain a concentration and aromatic balance that promise great emotions for wine lovers.
